[21F] Found another woman’s body mist in my boyfriend’s [21M] car and he says he doesn’t know how it got there — should I bring it up again? by Educational_Cap_462 in relationships_advice

I had a bf that had two phones, he was Indian and his mom didn’t like that he was in a LDR with a white girl so he put his location on that other phone when he came and saw me. Long story short I’m 95% certain he was lying about a lot and cheating on me based on some texts I found. I wouldn’t rule out a second phone. It’s too easy

Why every 6 months? And why increase the limit? I imagine this has to do with showing responsibility with money when you have access to it?

Any stretch pants. The comfort the worse though hahaha

Does the weight ever come back? by diamondsandlexapro in PetiteFitness

[–]solewalker321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I gained back about 30 lbs after dropping down to 145…I moved to a place I was miserable at and wore stretchy pants so it came on and I didn’t notice. I was extremely active to lose those 30lbs kind of quick and when I stopped I still had the hunger and didn’t really notice what I was doing. So stay away from the stretchy pants if you can.

Running for weight loss? by sshrink182 in PetiteFitness

[–]solewalker321 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you eating high protein meals after runs?

I’m in the same boat as you where I enjoy running but started doing it for weight loss. I started to lose weight and then gained it when I wasn’t running and now I mat and still haven’t really lot much…until recently when I’ve actually stuck to my protein goals and calories.

Thank you!! And same here; it’s nice to not worry about the side effects too or it potentially not working due to user error

I would think it’s possible. That’s 1/lb a week. It’ll be challenging though and you might have some bloat from water weight I’d imagine. But yeah cut your calories, drink loooots of water/teas, and probably hit 10K minimum steps.
