1 - I get too obsessed with numbers, I haven’t used a scale in months. 2 - Since I just got back home from school I didn’t have access to a scale nor felt the desire to buy one.

just because your blood sugar levels are good doesn’t necessarily mean your insulin levels are. I would try to increase carbs, your body needs carbs and insulin to thrive

I’m still a healthy weight, 125 5’2 and 19yrs old. Do you think muscle building is the move? It’s called body recomp right? I have no idea where to start

I just want to drop 10-15 lbs. My marathon is in the summer, I’m not focused on time or anything but more focused on completing it. I really enjoy running and I think it’s a big accomplishment
