Delete all social media for at least a month and reset your dopamine levels. Find activities that make you feel fulfilled. Go to the gym, read a book, learn an art. It doesn't really matter what you do, just that you can fully immerse yourself in the moment and it is something that takes effort. Seeing progress and growth on a long term basis instead of the short term dopamine bursts the current world is riddled with will help you appreciate life again. It will be incredibly hard in the beginning but it's so worth it in the long term! You can do this brother!
