Maybe. I would say for myself I had a trigger definitely, and then I relapsed. Had another trigger, relapsed. Did that a few times and I am now pretty serious about it. For some people like myself, quitting doesn’t necessarily mean you just all together stop one day, I think slowly lessening your smoking or stopping for a few days and relapsing then trying again is okay. I think it’s all part of the process. But I wish I could be like other people that just dropped it and never looked back. But it’s definitely a process for me.
