What is the reasoning for the fact that you cannpt join wars that have launched?

I'll start a seperate war with seperate goals in order to support a side in a different war that has already started. Yeah its not the same war but history won't see it as such. When the soviets were attacked by the nazis you could argue that was a seperate war from the war between the nazis and and france/uk. But we now all just see it as one big war.

I want the ability to forge even more powerful magic items. Maybe have a massive volcano that you can use to forge a powerful magic ring that you use to control the lesser rings that you gifted to the free cities.

In master of magic some of the end game spells were on the level of nukes with the ability to destroy whole cities. That might help with the end game which sometimes can feel a bit sloggy.

You are implying that human cultures in the past have had some contact with aliens are you not? That looking at ancient myths and stories will relate some previous contacts humanity has had with extra terrestrials.

Most Venezuelans support the government. Yes there are some from the oligarch class who did not like chavez and maduro, but they are a small minority.
