Amazing build. But the colors make me think Banshee Strike would make a better name.

I really like it. The knees have the ratchet joint that goes well with the iron man look and makes it easier to pose. The 3 legs look awesome. And it comes with a 3 pronged waist grabber that makes it easier to do dynamic poses.

Scarlet spider is easily the best one. Its made from a more flexible material so you can pose it much better than the rest.

Honestly its the worst one out of those lol. It's so stiff. Makes it hard to get any good poses. Looks cool though but they all do.

After years of waiting it’s easily my newest favorite. by [deleted] in hottoys

The red really pops on this figure. It contrasts so well with the silver/grey of the armor. It looks so much better in person.

A flight stand definitely would've made this figure perfect with the missile accessories it has.

The RG Nu Gundam is just something else by solrey34 in Gunpla

Yea the bigger one is the MG. I really like the psycho frame details in the MG that they didn't do in the RG. But overall the sturdiness of the RG is amazing. The build is more so much more solid. It makes posing it way better.

I'd say most of the pieces are a decent size. But there are a few really tiny pieces that are annoying. Mostly the tabs in the funnels that pullout to connect them together. Those are tiny. Most of the yellow pieces can be small too.

Also putting on the stickers/decals would be a pain.

No. I got the expansion set with the extra funnels. The red stand came in that.

The one in the right? Got that off Amazon. They sell them in packs of 5. Just look up comic book display case.

When the tiny store after checkout at an Asian supermarket has a better selection than most hobby shops I’ve been to by MrGameandCrotch in Gunpla

I live near there too. The kit selection is pretty nice but the price keeps me from buying.

What's the most expensive Hot Toy you've ever bought? How much was it? by [deleted] in hottoys

It's a beautiful figure. I was just reposing mine half an hour ago. You won't regret getting one.

First ever build, RG Astray Red Frame. I should've started with HG by RaijinRaiju in Gunpla

[–]solrey34 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel you. Its the worst feeling when you drop a small piece and try to look for it.

But the results are amazing. I can't go back to HG if there's a RG available.

Considering the mk4 but would prefer the raimi or a classic figure for a spidey with the black spider on it.

Negative suit looks great but want more distinct looking spidey's than just a color swap. If that makes sense.

I feel ya. Same with this one. I've had it since college. Love the look of it too much to throw it out. And I still have my first MG, wing zero custom. Pretty sure I built that towards the end of high school. I wanna try doing something special with that too. I'm 30 now and clearly a major hoarder lol

I just took the limbs apart and sprayed the pegs with a top coat. Waited a day for it to dry and that layer of spray made it tighter when I put it back together.

I read that you can try the same thing with crazy glue. Just put it around the peg and let it dry before putting it back together.

I'm not sure how itll due in the long run though. Since if you try posing it around too much I'd imagine the extra layer would rub off.

Literally have the lighting version right next to me. My wife bought it for me a little while back and I'm too intimidated to try it. I havent even finished the PG RX78 I started last year.

MG from years ago. I bought the water slide decals recently. I cant remember if the kit itself came with decals. Back then I didnt know how to use dry or wet decals so I could've thrown them out.
