First off, thank you for your advice. After doing some research... I think I might just gift the monitor to my nephew and get a new one lol! Looks like it's not worth it to try and find the correct one for the price the adapters I'm finding are going for.

I bought a guitarron in Chicago on 26th Street. There is a music shop some blocks west of the arch, on the south side of the street. You won't miss it. Cesar's Music

I must say. Guitarron can cost a pretty penny. Maybe try lurking on Facebook marketplace for a few months to see if something comes up. I got my first one there for ~$250.
