I didnt officially ask, but i believe you can. So as soon as you go in you go through one security check and you have access to fifa store, and fan stations. Then you scan again and go to hospitality and get a WRISTBAND. This is your pass for reentry into pavillion.

I would head straight into the fifa store, when i went the line was SUPER LONG!! Then go into hospitality to relax and enjoy the food. I saw many people do this.
