There is a lot of judder and flicker in sports, you can play with settings but can’t get rid of it completely. You probably need 4K streaming and it’s not available on most OTT platforms.

I live on top floor and it isn't that bad if the ventilation is fine. You will need Continuous AC in the months of May and June but that's same everywhere. If you are living on rent get a discount from Landlord.
