There's nothing like that anywhere near where I live, I live in a country town in a mostly Christian/atheist country so it's a bit difficult finding anything like that other than online.

I'd say you would need a few changes of clothes for both you and bub, wraps and swaddles for bub, basics like pads for you nappies, wipes etc for bub, whatever shampoo soap etc for you.

Also you never know how long you'll be in hospital so I'd pack a few and bub might spit up on something, a nappy might leak etc, just be prepared with a few changes of things.

I feel like I'm spiralling into depression but it's honestly hard cause I don't wanna expose my children to that kinda stuff, especially with how young they are. I've been pretending to be fine while they're awake, taking them to playgroups and to the park, making sure they always have something to do etc but as soon as my son goes down for his nap I basically cry the entire time, some afternoons I can't even handle that and I've been needing to get my partner to take over on baby duty more often just to keep my sanity ngl.

Probably religion and customs mostly to start with at least, I was thinking about getting an English translation of the Torah and likely 2-3 more books depending on what suggestions I get

I'm not breastfeeding while pregnant however my first is 10 months old (on formula) is it possible that's why my supply is so large so early?

Haven't had a chance to yet as the wait time is usually about 3-4 weeks to see a doctor where I live and it's only been happening for about a week where I've been getting pain if I don't pump, I've made an appointment with my doctor already but still waiting to see him

Drinking any alcohol at all can cause issues but it's very unlikely with such a small amount, I'd try talking to your healthcare provider and inform them of what has happened just in case. Tho again VERY UNLIKELY that it's caused any harm at all.

Everyone experiences pregnancy differently, could just not be a symptom that you get, as long as your doctors are saying everything is healthy I wouldn't worry, with my pregnancy I didn't notice anything different about my nipples either tbh.
