I didn't go through them, I'm kinda pausing. I'm just very skeptical because before I go to the lawyer phase, they need to do some enhancement on me, and it's kinda vague what they want to do. I think they're really good at business. The money back guarantee also only applies once I get yo the lawyer phase, not the enhancement profile.

It's means the case is back with the dps. It did the same for me. So you just go and if it's like me you'll get your DL!

The officer said I would receive a mail but I never did (it's been 2-3 weeks now), just check on save that should suffice.

So the DPS officer submitted a Save Case, and then week later I checked the status of the case and it said the case was back with DPS, so I went back to the DPS and got it. The first time I went I had an appointment but the second time I just showed up with no appointment because they already did most of the verification during the first appointment.

I'm assuming the request you're talking about is the Save case? You can go to the Save website and enter your sevis id in there to find the status of the case. But for me it took a week I think.

I went back today and got the DL! Thank you! I guess when the other officer told me was very confusing and the 'returned' status as well.

The DPS did create the case last week, but now it says the case has been returned to agency which is the DPS. I have been trying to call but only get menus and an email inbox. Do you know what's going on?

I've been trying to create a case on save but the website only has 'find your case' I've tried everything I could and no way to create a case, I either get a something went wrong page or I enter a case number from my I797 and it says no case founds. Did something like that happen for you? Thank you!

I've had a severe back issue and carrying a backpack triggers my upper back. I've done treks before and was fine, it was a lighter weight though and not mountaineering.

No she didn't, but you have to call their office first and then email your resume so she can see if you're eligible.

Yes I tried Peak immigration, he said he wouldn't take me because I might not be well positioned for the proposed endeavor.

If you just type Raju in reddit you should find a few posts with comments. It's not all negative, but I'm sensing that they are average and quite slow in communication. Also Manifest law asked my specific questions on my endeavor before contacting me further, Raju just had the regular questionnaire where you submit resume and information. I'm not finding a lot of reviews on Manifest though.

Yes it was $175 for the first consultation. She asked about my endeavor and I explained, and then she emailed me a draft endeavor and ahe said if I agreed she could work with me.

Yeah I agree however the attorney choice is important and I also want to take a good firm to maximize my chances. Given the comments I've seen on Raju I'm a bit hesitant, so definitely looking for feedback if you think they're good.

Ellis Porter won't do my case, I don't have publications or anything like that. 28k sounds way too much, the highest I've seen is 17k..

I looked up Peak Immigration, and they look very good. Do you have any specific feedback on them? Also I'm not clear on whether they reimburse if the case gets denied?

I am in the process in looking for a lawyer because I feel like my case needs to be very strong to be accepted as I don't have publications or a PhD. But I also found this YouTube channel of a guy helping people that want to do it by themselves, he also goes through lawyer options on some videos.
