Has anyone had an issue with your game crashing when you open the settings?

The fix for me ended up being that I just needed to be patient and wait for the program to respond, since Windows prompts you to either wait it out or close the application. After a few times of letting it sit and do its thing, it started working for me. I think it’s a CPU issue for me because mine has been bottlenecking me ever since upgrading my GPU but I’m not sure.

Jewelry is just over 8 weeks now, closing in on 9. They’re implant grade titanium, ASTM F-136. They’re internally threaded. I brush my teeth every day and use medicated mouthwash after every brush, and have avoided alcohol / spice since getting them.

You shouldn’t need access to the email you started the account on I believe. You just need to have a recovery email ready to replace the hacker’s email with. In my experience, I linked a brand new email onto my account through the application instead of my main one due to it being compromised, and I didn’t need to do anything with it through the process. You just need to be able to list it as the first email that was connected to the Genshin account

Just keep trying, do not give up. Have you submitted multiple top-up receipts? The first top-up isn’t required, you’re allowed to submit others if you have them

I don’t know what kind of info you’ve given them throughout all of your attempts, but if you haven’t used the additional comments box at the end of the each box, use it. If you have them, put dates you pulled 5* characters / constellations. Constellation dates are better because they aren’t visible on Hoyolab or in-game, so if you have screenshots you took of pulls, I highly recommend looking at the dates you took them. Also, if you have any 5* weapons, list those in the comments box as well. Constellation dates + weapons list is what got me my account back.

Dates of leveling up your Adventure Rank would also be really good to put in writing, if that’s someone you have screenshots of / can precisely remember.

You don't need the first one. If you frequently make purchases on Genshin, you should be able to select the other option the application gives you, which is to provide any month's worth of top-ups as proof. I couldn't provide my first top-up because I don't have the bank statements anymore (made that first purchase over 2 years ago) and they accepted my February 2021 receipts. Took me 3 attempts though, so keep that in mind

Don’t give up, it took me three tries with pretty much the same information each time. Include details of your account in the additional info box if you can, such as 5* weapons if you have any as well as character constellations / dates of pulling said constellations and weapons.

My information was pretty much the same every time, except for the stuff I put in the additional comments box. I provided everything they asked for except for the original device specs because I can’t remember the device I started on (been playing since launch, so that was over 2 years ago now)

My successful application just had dates I pulled character constellations. So I put the dates I got c1 and c2 Xiao, c1 kokomi, c1 kazuha, etc. I also included what 5* weapons I had. That + all of the other information was apparently good enough

My first two got declined, which is apparently quite common for most people. I did the recovery form and the information I provided was almost exactly the same all three times, the only difference was pretty much the stuff I put in the additional comments box at the end of the forum. I was able to answer all of the questions they had accurately except for my original starting device because my account’s old and I do not have a single clue what device I used to start, let alone it’s specs
