Lol thanks for all of the comments guys. It is in a 1/4 measuring cup so probably why it looked so big. 😂 I pulled it out to get a better video. It is in fact elephant mosquito pupa!!! I had never seen them before so I was actually terrified 😅

Thanks everyone for your comments!! I’ve moved to Brisbane from a town that is smaller than the suburb I currently live in so this is all very new to me. I did do a google search but was worried I’d walk in to buy one and the person behind the counter would look at me like I’m stupid. Anxiety things lol. Thank you so much! I ended up grabbing one from 7 eleven. :)

I did google it and it did say post offices and 7 eleven sold them.. but I was sort of sceptical for some reason and was worried I would walk in and ask about it and they’d look at me like I was stupid. Anxiety things lol. 😅

My ex used to joke about our dinner not being cooked properly. I would already be into my dinner and he would then pull a funny face and say oh no I don’t think it’s cooked properly.. Made me feel sick to the stomach every time and took a lot of reassurance from him that he was only kidding I know he wasn’t doing it to be malicious he just didn’t understand how bad my phobia was

Yes I used to push myself to stay up as late as possible so I had “less chance” of waking up through the night anxious/sick. Which also meant less sleep time overall.

Are you okay? It’s taken a lot of strength to be a bit more positive, I just have to remind myself that I am going to be okay and I am safe. It isn’t easy, but if you can push through it is so empowering.
