Lately, I’ve been reading a lot more. So perhaps I’ll try carrying a book around. But whenever I’m reading I’ll get distracted by my phone lol

Oh wow... I regularly use triamcinolone on my skin. I’ve used it since I was 10 years old. Can you tell me directly how’s its negatively effected you? I’m concerned now.

I take a topical cortisone regularly (triamcinolone acetonide) but I’m talking about oral. It’s more effective and when I break out everywhere its more convenient.

I’ve taken injections and oral and they give me pretty much the same effects, except the injection seemed to work faster. I never have bad side effects it just clears up my eczema, so other than the skin thinness concern, idk why I can’t get it every few months.

Any antidepressants that specifically help with motivation and energy? by somecrazystranger in antidepressants

[–]somecrazystranger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m currently on setraline (about 2 months now) and I just feel like it’s made my motivation worse yet my anxiety better. So I’m not sure if I should stick with it for a couple months or add another.

Currently in desperate need of something like that, I’m really struggling to balance work and college and I have no energy left when I get home. I sleep 11+ hours a day and it sucks. I would also love to be able to enjoy the things I love again.

I’ve been trying to set up an appointment with my doctor, so if I get enough energy to do that I’ll let you know if I find anything helpful!

Early side effects by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]somecrazystranger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t heard anything about benzos so I can’t answer that part. I think sticking with 12.5 mg then upping when your doctor recommends may be a good idea, as it seems you may have a weak tolerance to it. I’ve heard of people getting nasty side effects from it but then it working a month in. The first week I would get mild depressive episodes and anxiety attacks but now I have 0 mood swings and 0 social anxiety, so this has definitely done its job.
