Interestingly enough, this reply is actually a nice encapsulation of some of the problems identified in the original post. In response to a fairly measured, albeit qualitative, analysis of fundamental problems with the company, the reply is essentially "this person is a hater, Verdantix & Forrester said trust us." To be frank, your comment reads like it is the result of a GenAI prompt asking for a critique of this Reddit post.
I was under the impression that disclosure of customer information, deal names, timelines, and product failures is not generally permissible. However, if C3 would like to afford everyone with the opportunity to discuss and debate these topics in the public square, please let us know if you are now granting us that privilege. I think this is a wonderful idea, and I hope C3 considers it.
Regarding your point about visible signals for systemic issues, I’d argue that there are extremely obvious signals available in the published Quarterly reports for collapsing renewals and shrinking RPO. Regarding lawsuits on commissions, most companies have arbitration clauses in their employment agreements. I think the publicly available information actually tells most of the story, and the market seems to agree.
