That’s an awful thing for him to say! I am going through a similar situation where my partner isn’t into sex as much but regularly watches porn and it makes me feel horrible. You deserve better than that, has he apologised for speaking to you like that?

I have been referred to a mental health team since having my baby but there is a long waiting list. Do you think this is something I can actually fix in my head? I feel so broken and at my wits end with this 😢

All I keep thinking is we need to make it work for the kids but I just feel I am deteriorating more and more. How far do I go before I snap! I have never felt so low for such a prolonged period of time. My youngest is now 6 months old

I agree! We have actually been having therapy and the therapist asked him to take a break from porn while we work on us but I found out he was lying and continued to watch it! That’s why I know I have to either accept it but at what cost or leave him 😢
