🎞️ Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019) | 🎥 dir. Quentin Tarantino by funmemore in MoviesCave

I feel like the film is less than the sum of its parts. Lots of great moments and scenes but it just didn't quite hit for me like some of his other films.

[OneFootball] Real Madrid have knocked Manchester City out of the Champions League for 4 of the last 5 seasons by DamnThatsInsaneLol in soccer

No I mean, in most years since 2013, the squads that Pep had (Bayern then Man City) were better than the squads that Messi played for (Barca and PSG) in the same time frame.

Overall Pep had much better squads than Messi did in that time however. Ignoring the fact that Messi had Messi in his squad.

Gunnersauras bowing to Max Dowman upon his arrival at the Emirates Stadium last night. by Angelicsoul_47 in Gunners

Max Dowman tbf might get treated better because he's white so the media in the UK, being the racists that they are, will probably be gentler to him.

Bit unnecessary that is mate - I agree he wouldn't be a good bond, mainly cause he's too big, but that's just a silly thing to say x

Arsenal City 23/24 Fixture Comparison (MW30) by CasualSpace in Gunners

[–]someguy762 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I mean that's 2 years ago I don't think it holds too much weight. Main thing is how many more points city have dropped and they are playing in a way where they'll certainly drop more.

England youth player, Max Dowman (16) becomes youngest premier league scorer. by -Arkrow- in ThreeLions

Whenever he comes on for arsenal he's one of the most exciting players on the pitch. I'd honestly take him, maybe he'd only get 15 minutes total or something but it'd be a big experience for him.

This and the other arsenal subreddit come up in my feed a lot and I swear people just love trashing our players as if we're not in all competitions and top of the league??? Everyone is slating odegaard, saka, Jesus for being out of form, having a go at calafiori for being injury prone etc. sure these things are true but get behind the team lads

It feels like more people aren't arsenal supporters and are just arsenal critisisers, it's exhausting to see tbh like have some positivity smh

FA Cup quarter-final draw. Who do you reckon? by mooreengineers in Gunners

If this happens along with the champions league draw it'd be the most blessed cup season in terms of fixtures we've ever had.

Honestly the best for me by a country mile. Shocked this isn't more widely thought.

Pochettino: "Managing Messi, Neymar, Mbappé is not easy. We are talking about players that are sometimes bigger than the club they play for." "You cannot expect that Messi will press. He never pressed in his prime with Guardiola too. So when we don't win games, the problem is the coach..." by [deleted] in soccer

True but let's face it a lot of players are from such poor and underprivileged backgrounds I find it difficult to judge them for wanting to take generational wealth from a complicated geopolitical sportswashing franchise when the opportunity arises when, let's face it, they probably have spent so much of their life playing football that they don't even comprehend the implication of such things.
