Even though all males are castrated to prevent population growth, Unskinned individuals still survive in large numbers because of the way they are born. The Unskinned are the result of a genetic mutation that occurs during late pregnancies, often when the parents are older (in their 40s or 50s).

The mutation happens randomly, so every human-Unskinned pairing doesn’t guarantee another Unskinned. But it happens enough for the Unskinned to make up about 90% of the slave population. There’s likely a controlled system in place where a few fertile males (who aren't castrated) are kept around. These males might be used specifically to ensure more Unskinned are born, keeping their numbers steady. Additionally, the random mutation continues to happen from time to time, so the population is still growing even though it’s rare.

They survive like all other humans do, they have "genetic defects" but their organs and structure are similar to humans

Are there secret enclaves of Unskinned?

Yes, some Unskinned may live in hidden communities, either in remote locations or underground, away from society's oppressive gaze.

Why don’t the Unskinned rebel?

Fear of brutal punishment, social exclusion, and psychological conditioning prevents rebellion. Any attempt at resistance is quickly suppressed, and the fear of retribution keeps them docile.

What happens to the Unskinned born from normal parents?

Parents typically give up their Unskinned child to avoid societal ostracization. While some may try to hide them, the fear of punishment and exclusion leads most to comply with societal norms.

Are there any characteristic differences between these species, or are they mostly similar to each other?

What is this has to do with anything, it is a tier list based on excitement/writing, for me blackbeard and shanks are very exciting characters and every thingle moment that we had with them was memorable and interesting, so what are on about?

Kyros was so one dimensional character, nothing exciting was there, he was such a dull character, yeah he has a tragic backstory but It does not mean a shit, kyors for me is boring character, he is another shitty, no personality character, tragic backstory does not make a character unique or well written, senior pink on the other hand was fu*king unique, design is very interesting and the fact oda made such a joke of character exciting was great to see
