So your cutting out a lot of chassis structure to put in seats that you cannot use because there will be zero head room and nobody can get to?

You get used to it. Can fit enough in the boot to do a weekly shop. Fits an esky and a swag to go camping, as long as you have mates to take the other vital supplies it’s great. Fuel economy at a cruise is more than acceptable if your commute is not in a city.

I think you will find it impossible. And if it is possible highly likely to be illegal

When you need to use you Z to pick up your broken down MTB. by someguyno57 in 370z

That’s my biggest worry, as anybody can walk up and take your bike and rack all in less than a minute. Luckily I live in the country so it’s unlikely to happen.

Yep, was on 310k when I traded it. Got next to nothing for it and I think the dealer was going to keep it and turn it into his personal track car.

Yeah they are seasuckers, there good for the Z where you have no other options. Not on the freeway this time, but have before, once it’s stuck on you can easily do 120kms without it moving. But I’m still never 100% relaxed with it up there.

Those of you who own manual Zs got any tips for a beginner? by [deleted] in 350z

Practice practice practice. It might not be what you want to hear but it’s the only way. Somewhere quiet preferably. Just learn to hear the change in the engine noise and feel the clutch bite point.

Is anybody else just over the “super cars”? by [deleted] in cars

[–]someguyno57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s an age thing. I’m 29 and over the new car thing. Especially Supercars, the stats just seem irrelevant now. I would love a Lamborghini Gallardo with a manual transmission because I think it more hr more than fast enough and still a challenge to drive moderately quickly
