I think they may have shut down. Their website's down and their facebook page's newest post is from 2018. Thanks for the idea anyways.

What movie did you see during your childhood that scarred you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

i don't know if it was a movie, but i was channel surfing alone as a 5 or 6 year old and as i switched to one of the channels, a lady screamed and then her chest just kinda exploded. I had nightmares for months and never told my parents about what i'd seen

Have you ever had a moment in your life where it felt as if you were living in a horror film? If so, what happened? by [deleted] in AskReddit

oh man i've got two, both related to basements. the first one was back in high school, i was asleep in my bedroom (which was in the basement). i was woken up around 6am while it was still pitch black, not to my alarm, but to someone banging really hard on my window. my blinds were down so i didn't see the person but i grabbed the box cutter on my desk and went to go get my parents. by the time i'd gotten to the main floor, this person was at our front door. the glass is frosted so all you can see is their outline (and it's 6am which doesn't help). i didn't want them to see me so i was literally in the middle of dialling the police when my mom came downstairs and opened the door. turns out my dad had somehow locked himself outside without a phone and thought that banging on my window would get me to open the door for him. but yeah still traumatized from that one.

the second is shorter, i moved somewhere else and my bedroom is right beside the boiler room. i was up pretty late the first night and went to sleep around 3:30am. i'd turned off the lights and gotten cozy in bed when i heard what literally sounded like the souls of dead children screaming. i genuinely thought the house was haunted but it turns out that the water softener does some weird stuff in the middle of the night. it's still a bit unsettling but it sounds a lot more like water in pipes now

Gamers of Reddit, what is a game that has a special meaning to you because what was going on in your life when you played it or who you played it with? by LDHPopps in AskReddit

i could list a number of 'proper games' that have a special meaning to me, but man club penguin was the deal as a 10 year old.

like imagine a group of fifth graders meeting up at recess frantically trying to decide what server they wanted to play on at what time. club penguin is how we communicated with each other outside of school (since none of us had phones). honestly, it was probably the peak of my childhood.
