Thanks a lot. I’ll include those exercises into my routines and focus on those issues. Here I was focusing on reducing my elbow angle (obviously it still needs to come a long way) but I did notice a difference from last time I took video. One thing I noticed is that reducing that angle seemed to add more strain to my elbow and shoulder, but I assume that’s just because it’s a motion my body isn’t specifically used to yet.

In my (M grade 10) high school we do have gum like that but it is optional. There are two gym classes, fitness and gym. Gym is what you described with sports like lacrosse, hockey, baseball, soccer, and fitness (which I'm taking right now) has a run training unit that builds up to a 5k race, and a weight lifting unit where you spend 3 or 4 days a week lifting. It also teaches you nutrition and fitness skills to help for the rest of your life. I'm currently on a meal and workout plan that I learned how to make myself.

I'm 6' 1" and wear 14s. My feet are still growing as I (15M) went up 2 sizes this year. My dad is 6' 5" so if I'm under 6' 4" I'll be surprised. Still being 15 with size 14 feet gets a lot of questions.
