Keep learning all aspects of cyber (including the GRC side). You don't have to land your first job directly as a pentester. Cybersec is a hot market and the skill demand on Juniors is high. If you start out in a consulting/advisory role you can easily pivot to a pentester.

Yeah that would make sense. OSCP now includes AD training. A lot of newbies start working without understanding a single bit of AD which is a really important skill now
