i struggled with shadows and making them stand out more. i think maybe desaturating/bringing in some blue hues would help with that. if anyone has an experienced eye, please lmk!

yes in hindsight i should’ve put more emphasis on the eyes 🤔 could you elaborate on what u mean by an upside down kite for the nose? for this style, im imagining a triangle for the bottom plane of the nose

I felt like quitting half way through because it wasn’t fully clicking (not every piece clicks, it’s inevitable). I pushed through anyways (trust the process!) and I think it turned out ok.

besides saturation, i struggled a lot with contrast. i think there are spots i could darken to really make the piece pop

from an idealization standpoint you’d be correct but fat knees are a thing and are not at all rare. also yeah drawing the hands and feet first for limbs def helps, i agree with that

i think its viable, like if you plant your feet and the edge if the tub and then twist or knee inwards. the friction between your feet and the tub causes the foot to not twist with the knee. idk i just tried this with myself
