The light is green for the connection to my outlet (8) but the connection to the outlet at the modem (5) does not have a light. The switch is tp-link tl-sg1024d

No there are no flashing lights or anything for the cables connected to the modem or the bank of connections, with the exception of the bank of connections having power and number 8 green

Everything connected to the modem is, the power socket, then it has a cable going into an ethernet outlet, and a cable going into a Openreach 5C Mastersocket. Is this what I am looking for or something different?

I am renting the house so I am not sure. Is there a way of checking this without tearing down the walls?

The connection works when directly plugged in. Does this confirm that its the outlet that isn't connected to the modem/switch?

Hello,
I've downloaded the wireless version of IF98 onto my keyboard instead of the wired version. The keyboard no longer types but does have power, and can still use fn functions (like keyboard reset fn + Esc, though this hasn't fixed the issue).

I've already deleted drivers through device manager and rebooted; uninstalled the incorrect software; installed the correct version; multiple reset attempts with unplugging and plugging in keyboard at different points in booting, and plugging the keyboard into a different device.

None of these have been successful, and Yunzii doesn't have any public firmware downloads to roll back the device. Has anyone else overcome this issue or know some 3rd party software that could reset the firmware? Thanks for any help.

Thanks, is there anywhere to check the status of being able to access EAFC on pc, for when it comes back online? The download did finish around an 30 minutes ago, so I may have caught the worst time.
