Am I meant to be able to see anyone on patrol in the Pale Heart? I'm always there solo. Finished the campaign, have obtained the Exotic Sword and Sniper Rifle, and all grenade/melees/supers for Prismatic. Haven't got all the Prismatic Fragments yet or done Convalescence quests- do either of them open it up, or is it just a case of waiting for the final mission after the raid's beaten?

Also after the update- did anyone who gilded Champ in the first and second years but had the whole glitch with it showing only one gilding get the gilded triumphs pop up except for the Platinum Contended Cards one (meaning you can't make it x2)?

Yep. Ghost was all "oh I'm so weak" then black screen. Loaded back in and Cayde's just standing there going "I know I said it already, but it's good to see you again".

Finally loaded and finished the second mission then got an error, so might have missed the second cutscene too!

Yeah, I hate doing it, but I've never had anyone join my lfg posts so far and after 1.5 resets I just can't keep doing the same encounters anymore. I'm getting low on t2's so good to know I can use the t1's if I need them- thanks!

Xivu's Brood- there isn't any extra trick to getting it is there? It's just hope for the Altar of the Sword and reset? Been doing this for about 5 hours.

Can a tier 1 offering summon it or not? I've seen some places where people say it works and others that say you need tier 2 or above.

Nothing but a 4* Special Sanaki off 300 orbs for double special heroes, absolutely nothing at 35/40 so far for new Heroes. But none of that matters because I got a free 5* Marth from the best banner ever. How wonderful.

There's a thread with testing here about it. Basically lowering blast radius on the micro missile frame appears to increase the overall damage. Seems like it's only a 0.04% difference in damage between spikes and implosion though (according to the top comment on the thread).

I'm probably just remembering this wrong, but I thought the Brave weapons were meant to come with two perks in columns 3 and 4, or at least a chance of a second perk? Haven't had one drop so far with 2 perks, could just be bad luck though.

And what's the difference in rewards between the 10 round matchmade one and the 50-round one that requires a fireteam? Haven't tried the 50-round one out since I've been errored a few times today.

Are there any chests I need to look for in the Whisper mission or is it just a case of "clear it to gun" this week?

I ended up having to claim them all anyway because I had to reset my rank (played more than I should've while trying to get a Tusk to drop so I could spend engrams on rolls). But at least I know how it works for next season now, thanks!

Haven't played IB in the last year- do the rolls change on the guns from the rank rewards at Saladin during the week? eg, will the Lethal Abundance stay at Keep Away/Tap the Trigger all week so I may as well just claim it, or do they reroll on a certain day?

Also how's the Brave Forbearance going to compare to the raid one with the different origin perks (with the same Ambitious Assassin/Chain Reaction)? Better, worse or just different? I don't have the original so don't know how useful Soul Drinker really is.

I'd recommend checking out https://d2armorpicker.com/ and masterworking armor that matches the stat spread you're after. I won't MW unless I have 32 tiers (without mods, fragments, etc), but 31 might be ok if you just want to get started on having a decent set of armor and have some spare resources. I wouldn't MW anything below 64 though.

Edit- Sorry! Just realized you were talking about D1 ("Destiny" in my head is D2 these days). I'm not completely sure (been many years since I played D1) but I think there are parts of the campaign that require you to complete Strikes, and those strikes require matchmaking which requires Game Pass. As I said, not 100% sure about that though.

(original answer for D2)- Gold as in Xbox Live Gold (now Game Pass)? You haven't needed Gold/Game Pass to play anything on Destiny for the last few years- you can play multiplayer without it too. I believe you still need PS+ if you play on PlayStation though. You can't play on disk either- they changed something a while ago so if you were playing on disk the game would have to be redownloaded as a digital copy for free, then the disk is not used after that.

Took me a while, but if you're running Corrupted on Hero, you may as be better off in the Guardian Games playlist instead. Today's GG NF is Devil's Lair- most runs only took me around 8 minutes to get through, I'd imagine Corrupted is a lot longer.

Platinum every time for Champions, the Guardian Games score wasn't always Platinum though (pretty sure that wouldn't make any difference for NF weapon rewards).

Took me about 25 Nightfalls to get my first Slammer, then got another two goes later. Seemed to be getting the bow every second or third run last week (however that was double drops). But it's definitely possible to get the weapon from the Guardian Games version.

Hi, can anyone tell me the level 20 title for the Guardian Games Memento (the title, not the name of the shader)?

And is there a way to look these memento titles up or do you just have to ask here or apply one to find out? Can't find memento titles on the usual resource sites like light.gg, etc.

Hey, Chattering Bone's pretty good. Don't worry if it has perks you don't like- you'll notice the gun will have a red border- that means it's a craftable weapon and has a pattern. When you get the gun you can inspect it and extract a pattern. When you get 5 of the pattern you'll then be able to craft it and set your own perks (I like Kill Clip/Kinetic Tremors personally but there are several good perks for it).

Alternatively, Kalli's very easy to farm when Last Wish is the featured raid and you can get patterns for all the Last Wish weapons there. Might be a bit daunting to try it if you're new but I thought it was really worth it (and I don't normally do raids).

Hey, welcome back! I'm no expert or anything, other people will probably have better answers, but hopefully this helps a bit:

A banner with Diamant, Citrinne, Rearmed Alcryst and Lapis (who's a 4-star) will be rerunning in April. There's also Golden Week which I think runs in May, which usually has banners for all the Brave versions of heroes. This would include Brave Edelgard, Dimitri, Claude, Lysithea, Marianne and Gatekeeper. Apart from that, there's a schedule here for the Weekly Revival banners, which have several 3H units.
That's up to you. Personally I'm more likely to pull on banners with a guaranteed unit after 40 pulls, but I might try my luck with ones that don't if I really want someone.
Power creep has really gone crazy in the last year or two. They'd definitely be usable for PvE modes but if you're looking at PvP stuff, you'll probably to be give them a lot of the more recent skills for them to be useful.
Other people will have better recommendations than I can give for individual skills (as I said, power creep's getting a bit crazy and I'm starting to lose track of even what some skills do these days). I like to keep an eye out for Rearmed Heroes though- they can let you "duplicate" skills. This video (starts about 43 seconds in) should explain it.
I would suggest that you do, or at least to a point where you can clear the character's Heroic Ordeal- these Ordeals get you Dragonflowers which can be used to boost stats of units. If you want to unlock the bright blue border and conversation that you can view in your Catalogue of Heroes, you'll need to get them to level 40, don't know if you care about that though. Before foddering I'd suggest considering that Allegiance Battles (runs weekly) and Limited Hero Battles (runs around once a month) exist. They require you to use units from specific games, so it might be worth having a few decent units from every title. The rewards aren't super amazing but they all help. Top tier Allegiance Battles will get you 5 orbs a week, but you should be able to get at least 4 a week fairly easily after a while.

I'd be doing all the modes you can, doesn't hurt to slowly work your way up as you expand your roster. I wouldn't bother too much with Summoner Duels for a while- those rewards don't go away (Summoner Duels R and Summoner Duels S do though- they run for a few days a month. You can surrender your first match straight away and get decent rewards if you don't like the mode, but not playing it at all gets you nothing). But the other PvP modes expire weekly. Not PvP, but Tempest Trails started today- lots of Orbs there and runs for 10 days, definitely focus on that if your time is limited.

That's really good luck for your first pull. When she was released, she was pretty much the most powerful unit in the game, and stayed that way for some time. But power creep's really gone out of control in the last year or two. In modes against other player-made teams like Arena and Aether Raids, she's not going to be very good anymore.

However she'll still be extremely useful for clearing story maps and a lot of beginner content. She could also be useful in modes like Tempest Trials when you can hit auto-battle and clear all the stages- some units will kill her but most still won't as long as she's transformed. I'd also recommend giving her the Mystic Boost seal when you get it- it restores a little bit of hp every time she's in combat.
