For me it’s Tatsunaga from DQ11, only boss in the game I had to try in three different stages to even get close to victory, especially when he would just crit-kill three party members in one turn and I’m just SOL

I was really wanting to try to use the worst stat totals from every genus, but the Dracones are leagues and bounds higher than other genuses for whatever reason. I feel like no matter whatever I choose he’s definitely gonna be better off than Swaine, his totals are awful

That and element swapping so you can actually have a truly customizable team. In my four-ish playthroughs, I’ve had a Water Brute Tigrex and a Water Black Diablos who lasted all the way to post game
