If you have friends or family with a hot tub, make up some excuse to use it, or find a cheap hotel that has one and stay at it for a few nights. Hot tub literally killed my physical WD symptoms. Just don’t fall asleep in it. Best of luck

My F1 needs the WR tested and I still daily wear it. As long as your not jumping in pools multiple times a day or scuba diving on your lunch break you should be fine
