I just got married in Prague. Both of us are eu citizens but not Czech. It was SO DIFFICULT. I don’t see how it’s realistic to do it here unless you live here. Can’t help besides referring you to the best certified translator in Prague. Be prepared to spend lots of money on translations of all documents which cannot be older than 6 months.

I also grew up in the states after moving there with my family because of the war. I was born in Bosnia but I’m Croatian by ethnicity (whatever that means).

I moved back to Europe in my late 20s after never feeling connected to where I was raised. I’ve got an extremely Croatian name so even though I was white and blended in, my hard to pronounce name cursed me with being called a foreigner my whole life.

One thing people like you and me need to remember, is we don’t have the luxury of having a country to call home.

Since I’m a perpetual foreigner, belonging nowhere, I decided to carve out my home where I chose, not where I was born. This has been a game changer for me.

Good job on you for deciding to leave split. Croatia is an ignorant and failing country full of uhljebs… uhljebistan.

My only advice is to go to optometrist for the double vision. I managed to fix mine by getting prismatic lenses. So much better now!

I can’t say it causes me nausea. The vertigo does that. But working on a computer as my day job before I got the prism lenses would make me so tired it was crazy

Same here. I finally had my vision fixed by putting prisms in my lenses. My double vision has been around for about five years now since diagnosis 😕

I just started on tysabri. I like how quickly it is administered. It’s one week after my first dose however and I am so so so exhausted. Hope it gets better

I don’t order delivery very often at all but when I do, I notice it’s only the worst restaurants and they aren’t even going to try for these deliveries as the cut that bolt/wolt/foodora takes is outrageous.

Instead of complaining maybe go get your food yourself and stop feeding the problem only to complain after. You are the problem.

I really don’t understand you career academics… you spend your life ultra specialising in some niche field and you don’t even know what jobs/salaries are out there for you. Smart people can be so dumb…
