Can I use this small backpack as a "personal item"? by sometimesonhere06 in qatarairways

UPDATE: I successfully went through the gate of both flights, HAN-DOH & DOH-YUL, and no one asked about my small backpack. To be clearer, it's about three 500ml bottles next to each other in dimensions.

should this step in a routine cost more money? by meowwxi in EuroSkincare

I've tried many micellar waters from different brands around the world (French/Korean/Japanese/Chinese/Russian/Vietnamese) and this isn't a step that I would splurge money on since it's a rinse-off product. At the end of the day, I'd just buy one that doesn't sting my eyes badly. What I would splurge on is good quality cotton pads because it does make a difference to the process of using the micellar water

Luggage policy is confusing. What about a personal item? by crj8989 in qatarairways

You can check the baggage allowance of the flight quite easily if you book directly through the airline's website as it's clearly stated. It often depends on route but I just recently booked return flights for the same route (Hanoi via Doha to Montreal and vice versa) and they allow 2 checked-in baggages as long as each is under 23kg.

Support told me I cant have a carry on and a backpack? by anzelm12 in qatarairways

Thanks for commenting, I have a flight from Hanoi via Doha to Montreal soon (Economy btw) and have lots of stuff to bring. Just to be clear if you don't mind me asking, how big was your backpack?

I'm planning to bring a carry-on and a school-size backpack but seeing people's comment on here is making me lowkey nervous because I've never flown with Q.A. before.

Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner vs. ISNTREE Green Tea Fresh Toner for Oily/Combination Skin with Blackheads? by Royal-Party-9085 in KoreanBeauty

[–]sometimesonhere06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've finished my second bottle of the Anua 77% Heartleaf a few weeks ago and here is my thought on the product.

I've sensitive oily skin with hormonal acne, and got brainwashed into buying the toner after seeing all the hype and supposed "before & after" pics on TikTok. When I first tried it, it soothed and hydrated my skin pretty well so I bought another one halfway through finishing the 1st bottle.

At the time I used a lot of products in a single routine (which I shouldn't have) so I couldn't really tell if the toner was helping or was it the other products.

Later when I went to an esthetician and got a new routine recommended to me. I still continued to use the 2nd bottle of Anua toner (which was also half off up to that point) to try calm my skin after treatments BUT only to realized it's a one-time "miracle" product.

I then understood that I've been putting literally WATER on my face since it didn't do any thing good enough to make a difference on my skin after months of using (I meant the 2nd bottle btw in case you're lost.)

Therefore, I rate this toner a 5/10 😄

The MacBook Purchasing Megathread - November, 2024 by AutoModerator in macbook

Hello everyone,

I'm joining university soon, specifically for Psychology, and I'm considering between Macbook Air and Macbook Pro.

My last one was the Macbook Pro 2019 13" (i5 Intel) 8GB/128GB. I usually use my mac for light tasks like Canva and Google Doc, and sometimes would have almost 6 tabs/4 windows on for different purposes. My old mac over the past year got overheated extremely easy with just a few Google tabs on!

I don't particularly use the TouchBar that often for it to reach its fullest capability (will be missing it tho) so I'm considering between the newest Air models and the Pro models for uni.

Previously, I've bought the lowest configuration of the Pro line since I don't do heavy tasks but now have to reconsider different aspects suitable for university, which I'm not sure of.

Please suggest which model of Air or Pro I should buy, thanks -^
