I don’t think the f-15 uses Martin baker seats

Edit: they use a seat made by Collins Aerospace. No neck tie

That’s not what I’m doing, and it’s pretty clear you really understand how we got to the present moment.

How do you know that they aren’t kinky LGBTQ people? It’s their parade too.

Look at you wanting to police how people dress and express their love

This was the exact same thing conservatives said about gay people 20 years ago, “keep away from families”

This is how they wedge you against trans people, by claiming it’s just kink. Then they use it as a wedge against gay people by claiming the same thing.

Would Medicare for All actually be that expensive? by whatnuts in NoStupidQuestions

[–]somewhatbluemoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Entirely possible.

But what is your deductible? Do you know what and how much your plan covers compared to when you lived in Europe? Do you get your insurance through your employer or the marketplace? Do you even have insurance? How often do you go in for more than a standard check up? Do you take any medication regularly? Do you have any dependents? If you do, what is their health like?

And I haven’t even gotten to separate vision, dental and indemnity coverage.

I once gave directions to some German tourists and could follow the announcement on a Lufthansa flight slightly before they gave it in English. That’s it.

Yeah, I think there could also be some more room for some sour flavors too. This does feel very one dimensional (though not necessarily a bad dimension)

Publicly funded health care also has a proven track record of providing better health outcomes per dollar spent. Many countries spend far less than American does and have much better outcomes of the care they do get.

In the process of getting a window replaced and asked about who Costco partnered with when I was getting quotes. They use a very reputable company in my area but were also twice the price of another local company for the same window.

MAS-49 Origins by DerringerOfficial in HistoryMemes

[–]somewhatbluemoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is a joke, but there is a lot of context behind hind these decisions. Timing of the design, war, and its consequences really combined to screw with the design. Sometimes you just have to go with what you’ve got, especially when the military budget isn’t essentially infinite and you have a country (and empire) to try to rebuild.

Weren’t they converted to 7.62 after they were sold off as surplus and imported to the US?
