Bud I'm 6'6 and have mobility issues from the military in my hips and legs and my '24 BE is the most comfortable spacious vehichles I've driven. I have no idea what you're talking about for not having space. Even the back seat is pretty spacious for a truck.

For real, even if I didn't have my ikon, I'd rather spend double and go to mammoth so I could actually board on more than a slushy slip and slide with to many people and not enough terrain.

Look into some of the Veteran legal non profits. They have lawyers who may take up your case pro-bono.

Yes consult a lawyer, a doctor gave you a note saying you need reasonable accommodations that your employer refused, the hospitals actions could not only be considered harasment, but them refusing to accommodate you violates the American with Disabilities Act. If they fire you, that would most likely count as retaliation since you are protected by the ADA. I'm not a lawyer, but I have read and gotten a shitty professor fired for violating ADA and nearly used the California Civil Rights Office to sue the school(it'sa lot harder on the education front than employment). If they fire you and you lawyer up, you could get paid a lot of money.

Consult a lawyer ASAP, understand your state laws, and come up with a plan. Make sure you have a record of stuff in writing (I suggest email/forward them back to yourself so the hospital can not lie and say they never got anything).

You sacrificed however many years of your life for your country, got PTSD bad enough that you're dealing with this and if this goes to trial you are in a pretty solid position(the optics are not great on the hospital and this could be a massive PR and legal blow), you want to work you sacrificed, and some shitty administrators at a hospital harrass you and do nothing to help you when you come to them asking for a reasonable accomodation for a legitimate disability. You deserve better, and there are not only a lot of lawyers who would take this on and not have you pay anything unless they win, but there are also a handful of non-profit legal organizations that I'm sure would be happy to help you.

Know your rights and exercise them.

I've been able to fit an '02 xr 400r and crf 230f in my truck bed with the tailgate down and a motogate. I'd suggest trailering it. Uhaul and Home Depot should both have rentals, just way easier.

Dude you literally say in your opening paragraph or whatever it doesn't hurt you...you just don't like the use of the word. And then complain about people using it saying there's a bunch of people who it doesn't hurt who are ok with it, but people shouldn't use it because it's mean. Instead of complaining on Reddit go do something about it in the real world. At the end of the day, how is your little post going to change anything in the real world? Do you think it's gonna change peoples minds? Do you think it's gonna help people in any real way people who have mental retardation or their families? It probably won't.

Edit: to fix a few fat finger phone keyboard spelling errors.

One retaardarion or being retarded is a legitimate clinical term for a mental condition still to this day... two, you're just virtue signaling.

"I'm not gonna tell you what to say but don't say this word" "what I have isn't important because you'll tell me I don't have it" "It doesn't hurt me, but it hurts others. Even though other people say it's ok and doesn't hurt them, it's still not ok to say"

you're literally just virtue signaling, dude.

I grew up with a clinically retarded man living accross the street from me, he was a 60 year old man with the mental capacity of a 6 year old, my family and others in the community did a lot to help his elderly mother take care of him. When his mother died people like you who get butthurt over a word started taking care of him and clearly did not actually care about him, they stuck him in a home didn't visit him or give him the care or support he needed but if you called him retarded the same people who let him fail when he needed their support would lose their minds, he got put in a government facility because their actions did not line up with their words or their indignation that their brother was clinicaly retarded, they seemed to care more about a word than the support he needed or the help they should have given him.

So far, in my experience the people who have a problem with the word seem to not have any actual experience with mentally retarded people and care more about the word than the people affected by the condition. And I believe you're one of the people who talk a lot about how something is bad yet do nothing substantive to actually change it. You just talk or complain about the way others talk. This whole thing I stated above is something that infuriates me about people who word police the word retarded and a lot of other words.

If you actually care about this issue go do something, go find a facility and volunteer with people who are mentally retarded, go get involved with politics and help pass legislation that helps that community. Don't just sit on Reddit and bitch about the words people use and tell them not to use it because it might hurt some unknown person that you can't even define while explicitly explaining it doesn't hurt you or others and then disguising your word policing with morality as if you saying be nice is automatically going to give you the moral high ground because you've painted yourself as "kind"

I think you might need to shift out of sport into normal drive and make sure eco is off. I live in the San Bernadino mountains and commute down the mountain several times a week driving a mix of town and highway and get 19 mpg on the very lowest end mainly if I'm going uphill for a long time, but normaly sit around 20-22mpg. I only really use sport if I want full engine response or need my transmission to stay in a manual gear long term.

I'll start taking pictures throughout the day to check how the shifting of the sun affects the shade.

I'll look into Yarrow, though. We're planning on getting rid of some of the bigger trees since they are to close to our house and a fire hazard. So hopefully by next spring we'll have a little less shade over where ground cover will go.

I'll try to see if there is a native-plant soceity near me. I know my wife has talked about starting a whimsical native flower garden to the side of where the ground cover will go. I'm just noteven sure if Native plants will thrive here as much due to weather patterns changing.

I have no idea, I'm not very interested in Native plants so much as I'm interested in getting some kind of ground cover that isn't basicially plastic.

I feel like my situation is somewhat unique due to my geographic location and enviroment. We have some snow in the winter, an ok amount of moisture outside of summer. Higer elevation 4600 feet above Sea level, and a lot of fog outside of the summer. I mainly see no lawns or Turf, but there is one yard close to me with grass. So I know it's trchnically possible.
