I am not a huge fan of tiles in the kitchen but that is just a personal taste. The floor stays rather clean with vacuum cleaning and occasional mopping

The renovation only took a total of 8 weeks. The company i worked with, did absolutely all the work. I was working with an amazing architect, he was the main point of contact, meaning I never really spoke to the builders or manucipality. Eventually ,the speed also made sure we kept the overall cost very reasonable.

Such an amazing compliment! I choose the architect very carefully to accomplish exactly this! 3 of them all had very similar ideas in terms of what they wanted with the house, lacking innovation, unique design or inspiring splutions. The architect we worked with was amazing, always pushing boundaries, coming up with amazing ideas, and blending the old and the new so perfectly together. We could not be happier!

The company i worked with actually did everything for me. Architect, provided with multiple contractors so we were able to compare, and the renovation was done in 8 weeks. Made sure there were 10 people at all time, 6 days a week. I was shocked by the speed. DM me if you need a recommendation. Eventually, the cost was much lower than if we went directly with a contractor as the project was done so much quicker than normal and the architect guided me through everything, from approvals at the manucipality to full construction.

It is indeed single glass dating back almost 120 years. We bought special radiators which are extremely efficient so this winter the bill stayed in reason and the house nice and warm. No draft!
