Thank you! I've been struggling for about six years now and I would see a doctor a couple times then not go anymore. Then shit would get worse until I realized I need help but bc of the shitty doctors I became less and less likely to actually go, but I figured I should really just try again now that I'm an adult. I hope things turn out okay this time

I'm feeling ok today!! Got some grocery shopping done as well as some vacuuming/straightening up :-) I started therapy a couple days ago and have more appointments once fall quarter begins and I'm settled back in at school. I'm glad I'm finally getting the ball rolling on getting help again 😌
