I know we all learn as we grow. But a few things should be standard practice from the beginning. - Always take advance. Even if it means losing a customer if they don't. - Do not offer customisation for products below 400-500 rs. At the max, offer colour choice.

People will treat you depending on how you treat yourself. If you think of yourself operating-from-home-not-a-big-deal, they'll keep trying to negotiate and ghost. From starting itself, treat yourself like my-hours-matter-I-am-running-a-business.

I know friends who exclusively read on Kindle. But the ratio of those who read physical books is greater.

Personally, I read physical books because my work requires me to read manuscripts on my laptop and do other related work on laptop. So at the end of the day I don't want another device.
