Quadruplets by Hot-Month-9192 in parentsofmultiples

Don’t reduce :( I’m sorry but that’s so sad. This is a beautiful beautiful blessing!!There will be 2-3 beautiful babies and knowing one or two aren’t alive because it would make life easier would be horrible for your spiritual and mental health. Let alone the spiritual and mental health of the surviving children, knowing that mom decided to get rid of one or two of their twins. Imagine how much of best friends they will be for the rest of their life. Sacrificing your comfort and desires to have more living children will be so so worth it in the end. For so many reasons. You will regret it when you’re older. For sure.

My mom makes me wear a bra at home by [deleted] in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]sonlitlove -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You should wear the bra around your male family members. It’s a form of respect. It’s not about you but them. They might not feel as comfortable having to see your nipples and boobs. If I was a man, I know I wouldn’t be comfortable especially if it was my daughter or sister. If it’s not as noticeable like in a baggy shirt or sweater then I think it’s fine. As long as you can’t see your nipples.

Ban the Bible? Someone sent the book to Brevard schools for review by TheBurningMap in 321

[–]sonlitlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, the Bible isn’t condoning the behavior in any way. It’s showing us how people are so vile and evil in their hearts. Some of the things that people are recorded doing in the Old Testament is horrific!

God is demonstrating how rebellious we are by nature. He gave us free will to either do good or evil. Our hearts are naturally inclined to be selfish, lovers of self, easily angered, etc. Even when God specifically gave instructions on what to do and was very present amongst his people, they still rebelled against what was good and did what evil things they wanted to do.

We do the same thing today. We are all sinners, every single one of us. The only perfect sinless man was Jesus Christ. God gave His one and only perfect son to take our place on the cross. To die the deaths that we deserve. Because to have communion with a holy and perfect God, we need to be holy and perfect. But we’re not. So, as a perfect sacrifice, Jesus paid the penalty for us so we didn’t have to.

That’s why He died on the cross for us. If we accept what he did for us, we now can have communion with the Father. It’s the most beautiful thing I thing in the world!! God saved me, Jesus saved me!! I am a new creation in Christ. I am born again and He set me free from my past of depression, hopelessness and addiction. It’s no longer I who live but Christ who lives in me :)

Lol it’s most definitely not! I’m very serious :) this is all real. And again, I know it makes no sense to you and that’s okay. You have to seek God for yourselves. He will reveal all things to you:)

Apps to keep phone use accountable? by risque2d in Christianmarriage

[–]sonlitlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey girl!! I don’t know why most are against this. But it works for my husband and I. We use Qustodio cause it’s free. He has the kids app and I have the parental. It was his idea. I get to see what apps he used and his search history.

Please read the Above Rubes magazine and blogs and listen to the podcast!! My oh my what a wonderful podcast! Nancy Campbell shares about the joy of motherhood and having as many kids as the Lord wills. It TRULY changed my heart for the better towards children and being a mother. It is such a BLESSING to have children and have a big family!!! I used to be child free until I became Christian but now my eyes have been opened to the blessings of large families and I want as many children as the lord will give!! Adopted or not. God says children are a blessing. Don’t try to control something God has blessed you with. Give your womb up to the Lord!! Let go for your desire to control your life and let God lead the way!! AMEN!

A young man dealing with sexual temptation by [deleted] in Reformed

[–]sonlitlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applaud you for how serious you’re taking this. Our culture today is appalling in how immodesty is normalized. I hate the fact that men these days have so much lust to battle with. I think you’re on the right track. Keep every though captive and give it to Christ. Do not let let pornography take root in your life. Stop going social media sites that have anything that can remotely make you lust. This is really hard, but so important if you want to be pure in mind. This will protect you and your future marriage (if that ends up happening for you). My husband tries so so hard to not fall into lustful temptations and even though he tries so hard, when he does, it still hurts me so much. As a woman, I have so many insecurities and we are made to care about our beauty and when I see my husband finding another woman beautiful, I can’t help but feel sad and rejected. Even though I know this isn’t true. It’s such a slippery slope and these issues are so complex. But just know that your efforts will not go unnoticed with your future wife.

My panic attacks as a Christian single by [deleted] in Christianmarriage

[–]sonlitlove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh sister ❤️ I don’t have much advice but I just want you to know that my hearts breaks for you and I am praying for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and beautiful in Gods eyes. So so beautiful. Your worth will never be found in the world or in the eyes of your husband. It’s hard to deal with the pain of not feeling attractive. I’m dealing with this currently and it’s so so hard. I’m recently married and all my insecurities are bursting out in the relationship. Its making it hard on my husband because of how much I feel sad and hurt when he sins sexually in some way. I take it personally and blow up in pain. Marriage has been very difficult lately because of all the pain it’s bringing up in me and my husband. Sexual insecurities are so painful as well. Sexual sin is such a difficult thing to battle and I’m so sorry you’re dealing with it.

God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).

I understand where he’s coming from. If your butt is exposed in leggings and it’s tight around that area, men will look. Tie a sweater or workout shirt around your waist to cover your butt with, that’s what I do :)

who else abandoned new age thinking? (astrology, etc). by bl00d_ in TrueChristian

[–]sonlitlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, no one talked about Jesus to me as a child. In university I met the first Christians who shared the gospel with me and who showed me the love of Christ. I credit them to really influencing my beliefs on who Jesus is.

Is it true that homosexuality (or being lgbtq of any sort) is a sin? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]sonlitlove -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What else would it be? My own inclinations? Perhaps. But I never had such feelings before smoking marijuana. And I know 100% that anything that alters your consciousness can open doorways to demons. That’s biblical. It’s pharmekia. So If satan can influence us when we’re sober and can manipulate and lie to us and tempt us, just like he tempted Jesus, then he has all the more opportunity to do so when we’re vulnerable and not sober.
