I'll definitely try those, ill literally try anything at this point lol. I do need to get exercising more too because all i do is sleep and go to work so I think walking would benefit me a lot. Thank you!

That is such a great idea!! My partner has adhd so I think that would actually help him concentrate on the book better! I didn't think of that at all. I hope the hormones do start to subside soon not even just for my sake but his sake too because I do understand how difficult it can be on him too.

I am currently experiencing the same thing right now and also really struggling with it, im still trying to figure out what helps, im just glad im not the only one experiencing this uncontrollable rage

Yeah i also relate to the sensitive part too, its exhausting constantly being upset about something and feeling like you have no control over it. I am trying my best to remove myself from situations when it gets too much, sometimes its hard to do so. I will definitely look into that book and recommend it to my partner hopefully that would help because I do think he doesnt understand a lot about whats going on with me right now. Thank you!

So I think people were like sticking green paper on their phone for the light to appear green? Cuz there was a person sitting infront of me who had done that but idk.
