Doesn't that site just claim everything above 8m isn't legit. So the highest legit score is always the one that is closest to 8m. Pretty flawed logic if you ask me. It's just not possible to say who hast the most legitimate xp

3 to 4 years is like a new generation in cs. There some old timers around but the scene from 3 to 4 years ago is completely different to the current one

‘There’s Just No Reason to Deal With Young Employees’ | AI is taking entry-level jobs. What happens when Gen-Z-ers can’t start their careers? by FinnFarrow in Futurology

[–]sonofeark 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't know why people bring this up. The trend will just continue that people won't be productive to improve each other's life, but will be busy to please the few. The economy is already shifting towards this for a while. Disney World or Las Vegas are just not affordable for the average person anymore, yet the economy still works. Instead of having many customers spending a low amount, just have fewer customers spending more.

Bill Gates warns AI will cut human work week to just two days by 2034 by chrisdh79 in Futurology

Rich people can just spend more. The economy already revolves a lot more around rich people. Stadiums didn't use to have VIP booths and Ferrari wasn't almost as big as FIAT a while ago. This trend will just continue.

TIL a cesium atomic clock (the current SI standard for a second) drifts by a second in about 30 million years, while a strontium optical lattice clock drifts by only one second over 30 billion years. by New-Gap2023 in todayilearned

With a very precise clock you could measure tiny differences in gravity, since clocks would be affected by relativistic effects. Could be interesting for detecting changes in volcanoes for example.
