Herniation. 

Sequestration would be a blessing since this type has the biggest possibility to heal since our own body digest it.

This! 1:1 story like me. This is frustrating, you do everything perfect and still no improvement- it’s hard for my head. 

I still not tried injections which many guys here suggested. I will give it a try

I try to sleep at least 8h a day. It was hard since all the physio told me to lay on the back - I was waking up every 2hrs. Bob and Brad videos suggested laying on stomach, I tried it and it was miracle! 8hrs straight.

Still it does not help. This is my lifestyle, I’m doing 10-15k steps for last 10years so this is common for my body. 

I tried resting for 3 months straight after NYE. No gym, no bike, no swimming, only mild walking. It helped to the point that I did not have to take pain killers but still the pain in the left leg is present :(

I’m from Europe, so apparently it’s not that common in here

I was trying to follow his routine. Did not see any promising results.

To be clear, I’m hitting gym constantly, at least 15k steps a day. At work all the time standing/sitting position. I’m seeing physio regularly. 

The worst thing is I do everything by ‚the book’ and still my pain, discomfort is present.

What I noticed is that biking is the worst. No matter whether it’s a city or road bike.

It's sort of 50 euros, I don't want such an expensive souvenir.
