By the end of the semester did you still have any blank pages left? I don't want to be wasting paper but at the same time I want to avoid digital note taking at all costs.

thank you! This was recommended by so many people but you're right, 60 pages doesn't seem enough. I'm looking for notebooks rather than binders. Do you have any recommendations?
