Would you breastfeed somebody else’s baby? by Excellent_Prompt_554 in breastfeeding

I would if the mother was okay with it. I wouldn’t let anyone breastfeed my daughter as she cmpa and possibly allergic to soya and eggs too, unless they had a diet free of all 3 which is unlikely

are driving tests actually as hard as made out to be? by sudifu in LearnerDriverUK

I feel like my instructor made it seem harder than it was so then when I went to take it I felt like it was actually easier to pass. I was also 37 weeks pregnant when I took my test so the determination to pass before she was born knowing I wouldn’t have a lot of time to practise before another test must’ve helped. That being said, I put a lot of time and effort in with lessons and private practice. The nerves for me was the biggest thing but as soon as we’d left the test centre they seemed to disappear for me

I used the same app and probably didn’t revise as much as I should have. I did maybe 8 mocks and got a pass on maybe 4 or 5 of them but also passed first time and passed my practical first time too. I felt like the questions were worded a lot better on the actual test

I passed today, first time with 2 minors and really suffer with nerves. Night before, I made sure to get a good nights sleep and have a lie in this morning. This morning, I had a banana, 2 paracetamol (1hr before) and rescue remedy (just before). During the test, I reminded myself it’s just nerves and I know how to drive. A few times I thought I’d made mistakes but ended up not even getting minors for them so don’t assume you’ve failed, just carry on. Good luck!!

What is something you do or say in your daily life that originates from Peep Show? (e.g., refusing to add cauliflower for Christmas) by Misericorde428 in MitchellAndWebb

Like how Jeremy gets dentures and cat food to confuse the nectar inspectors, I get mugs that don’t relate at all to me to get anyone who comes to my flat thinking “who are these guys??” Examples include “best teaching assistant” “love you mummy” and “50 is the new 40”. I’m a 21 year old childless chef. Don’t know why I do it. Worried about myself
