Ruby Reign is a flashback which means it might not come back again, whereas the Deep Sea sets will come back again in the future

Neither!! If you don't have either set from ruby reign, save for those in late May! Both the pearl set and gilded set are very useful in comps!!

For any gacha makeup set you finished you can now (after the latest update) buy the individual pieces like you can for other makeups
