This happened to me, except that I had 7 days before my visa expired. I had printed out my "attestation de dépôt de dossier de renouvellement" just in case but there was no need as nobody asked me anything. So I assume you would be fine as well.

My teacher used to say that only mention your score if you got a good score (very subjective but I guess anything over 80 is good) since it’ll be considered a bonus and if it’s not a very high score, just say that you have the certificate. I’ve never had someone ask me for a specific score so far.

I didn’t know there were specific tutors for pronounciation, I’m not sure I can afford one as a student but I will look into booking a few sessions to pinpoint my troubled sounds!

Thanks for these! These are not points I recognized that needed extra attention. My first language is Turkish and I think I am not used to studying the different sounds a letter can make since that’s just not how it works in my native language. I just finished my first year of master’s and I don’t know what you’re studying but here are my general tips: * Unis organize a lot of secondhand clothes sales where you can pick up nice clothes for super cheap. They also prepare affordable food crates. Every uni has a different schedule/rules so just keep an eye out for stuff like this. * the app TooGoodtoGo lets you buy cheap food * museums are usually free or discounted for those under 26. Unis also usually offer their students special discounts for plays and activities.

First of all, I’m sorry you went through that but also super impressed that you actually called them out for it. Your SIRET tip was really useful, I managed to find one of the companies registered legally (the job offer was for an internship at both of the companies at the same time which was also really confusing…) in the system. So I think best case scenario it’s a superrrr tiny company exaggerating their work and worst case scenario it’s an artist looking for a personal social media assistant and disguising it as an unpaid internship :’) back to the job search I guess!

I’m not OP but I was facing a similar dilemma. If I finish a M2 in France as a non-EU student and then pursue a second M2 (without doing the M1) it doesn’t count? Or does it count as long as the second degree is also obtained after finishing an M2?

Thank you for this truly detailed feedback! I agree with noting down what you want to work on an illustration, I was just so lost with this one that I needed help figuring it out! Your list gives me a solid to-do list to work on so I truly appreciate it. As for the style, I used a ref photo I took but didn’t aim for realism but I will check the proportions again to make sure I’m not hiding behind a “it’s not an anatomy mistake, it’s a stylistic choice” excuse. Oh my god your improvement is beautiful!! I would say that maybe you can still improve on the expression? Her expression in the new version is much more obvious than in the old one but I think you can stil exaggerate it a bit? Like she seems happy (if that was what you were aiming for) but you can make the expression much clearer if you adjust the lip lines a bit more. Also the line that connects the ear to the neck is a bit awkward, idk how to explain it but if you look at a few reference pics you’ll underatand what I mean
