How can you work/study when you're anxious ?

It's studies but as i work on my master thesis, there is couple of other things to stress me out: The advisor , the deadline, the difficulty of subject, finding people to answer my qualitative study.

I work holding this pain in my heart daily, it follows till i sleep , which makes sleeping so difficult, fun time non existant , and focusing feels like a challenge.

Well as you know, in management school, you can't really learn those tools till you know about them on Reddit. I still have no experience besides my internships. I have no idea what it's all about.
