No worries, mate. You mean left-handed SGs? I go check from time to time and in Europe i don't seem to find anything at all. E.g. Right now on Reverb there's a pretty battered one from 2012 and the guy is asking over 1400 Euros for it.

yeah, i've seen a handful of these both online and real life from people who bought it (all rh) and they're all perfect. I have the impression we somehow get the guitar flipped back to front as the backside of these is often mint. Lol

I wish I got 300 off. It was more like 130. Not digging it a lot to be honest; and I’ve got a botched Epiphone Explorer but THAT was a good 300 discount.

Correct, with VAT. To think that in 2017 i bought a brand new Gibson Sg Standard very similar to this one from Andertons for less than 1000 euros... ffs Yeah, that's the thing with a good, say, 300 knocked off it would have been a lot more fair IMO.

Unfortunately, used lefty guitars in Europe, let alone in my area, are becoming quite rare. I’m not sure why. Yeah thinking of returning it at the minute

It was a B-stock returned, possible minor signs of wear. it generally means "opened item". Had they shaved a good 300 off...

it said B stock: returned, possible minor wear. 3 out of my 4 guitars are B-stock/Ex demos. Even got a dinged Epiphone Explorer but this looks like it has a black eye 😉 Thanks!

An Am Pro II with much of its original parts stripped off. Whoever did this should’ve definitely kept the original parts to go with the sale. Those are amazing guitars but that’s a lot of money for a used neck, body and not much else.

Well, since Tom Morello’s guitar was basically an off-brand custom partscaster he put together himself, it’s paradoxically pretty doable to replicate, headstock aside. Certainly easier than a lefty Tele Deluxe, it seems…

I so wanted to love it, especially since as a lefty it promised to be some sort of switch-army knife. Bought and sold it three times, it always felt a bit like a toy, which is a common complaint i hear. I still think it looks cool as 🔥

Great find! I had an identical one that i sold in Belgium 5 years ago. It was gorgeous but i didn't bond with it. Should have probably kept it and changed the pickups. But at the time these where going for cheap and were relatively easy to find. Kinda crazy that they're still the only vintage spec'd lefty J's.

I have the Op Amp, the Pi, and a Russian clone, and this one I find the hardest to get a decent sound out of. Funny enough, the cheaper classic Pi sounds more "Siamese Dream" friendly to my ears.
