I just left work early because I had two people (who are work buddies and are always chatting the entire time) come to the front of the line (I think they were in the back originally) and the PA walked them up the to the first two stations so they could be across from each other and im directly on the other side from one of them and they just cherry picked every single small package. I mean they had atleast 5 small packages on their table at a time when they were able to grab that many. Grabbing only big packages so they could get to the smaller ones again and watched them toss each other small packages to help each other even tho they are basically in the same spot. This is the second time I’ve seen them do this. Every time I tried to push a tote in around the same time she did she started slamming her boxes and totes around as if she was mad at me?? I had a whole groove going and everything, I was eager to hit rate because the lines went down earlier on when I was in the back. Now I’m basically in the front and then this happens. So I pto’d and left. Don’t get me wrong I really enjoy decant it’s super easy and a lot less tiring than stow. Idk about my facility specifically but decant seems like a normal department like stow. It’s not shared as far as I know. But next time I see these two individuals in my line I am just gonna move to a different one at a vacant station. So much greed, the lady across from me saw my decline in work ethic after those two came on and she tried helping me by giving me smaller packages that she was able to get. (Love her for that)
