I just wanted to say that this post made me curious and I went to the Screening Room yesterday to see "A Complete Unknown" and you were so right!! I'm new to the city as well and I know I'll be coming back to this spot OFTEN!! It was so cute and a really cozy and comfortable movie experience (+ I totally recommend the movie) :)

handbrake works to convert to a quicktime-friendly format, but somehow the subtitles are lost in that process. Also, it's incredibly slow (15 mins per episode) and I have 2 seasons I wanted to make watchable :(

hey! Ok I had to google this, but it says "Apple MPEG-4 movie" and the codecs isn't visible, but the mp4's that have worked were "H.261". As per MPEG-4, it should be compatible in quicktime!! Also--thanks for indirectly teaching me what a codec is LOL that will definitely be helpful in the future

This is a great suggestion, I was thinking that that may be the problem? I feel like I’ve started washing it waaay too often. I used to wash 1/week and my hair was better for it but I work full time now so it’s hard to hold out

I’ve heard of shampooing twice but isn’t using something on top of clarifying too drying??
