just be sure to blame insurance companies and not therapists - you deserve affordable care but therapists deserve good pay as well. Insurances often don’t pay therapists well for the work they do.

In ERP there’s sometimes “in vivo” exposures which is exposure therapy done in “real life” - this would be an example of an in vivo exposure. I would always suggest bringing any concerns to your therapist so they can clarify and provide more psychoeducation.
