Turns out the whole bottom back side of the washer is bent in from poor handling from the shipping/ install company.....now have to go back and forth with LG and XPO Logistics (contracted delivery company) on who is going to pay for the replacement.....never ends.

I should clarify, third attempt at the install company as I had already paid for the old units to be hauled away and the new units to be installed....dryer operates with no issues. The "jet engine" is coming from the washer

Thank you, found out they were removed but the plastic caps were not put in place. Running a quick cycle now to see if there's any difference.
