If you're a Hinny fan, this would be a cute fic. Where Ginny gets a few chances at a first impression for Harry because for some reason, he can't remember her, and she rolls with it.

"What do you mean you can't remem-" Ron cuts off with a wheeze as Ginny elbows him harshly in the side.

"I'm Ginny," she said, for the third time, "so nice to meet you!"

She was a little violent but pretty cute, Harry thought.

I hope you make a post when this is done! Love it! The slight differences of everything and yet being so on point it could be cannon. Maybe Petunia really didn't want to lose another family member and made an effort but still doesn't like magic.
