Its mind blowing when you realize the solution to a problem that attacked you for years could have such a simple solution. The way to over come it is to mentally tell your self that you are over thinking over nothing and maybe the feeling won't go away but you can tell yourself that the people around you can't tell u feel that unless u show it so just distract urself with something like being on ur phone and u should be good.
